The IC2009 Committee has decided to commemorate the International Conference by making special T-Shirts with the IC2009 Logo. These have become a tradition with previous International Conferences and are a way to show your support for not only the International Conference, but STARFLEET as well. At previous Conferences, a fixed amount of shirts have been ordered and paid for, sometimes leaving an overstock after the event that ends up sitting someplace or being turned over to the Quartermaster in the hopes that they will sell in the future.

After discussing this, the IC2009 Staff have come up with an idea that will allow members to purchase T-Shirts in advance and have them available for pickup at the International Conference. We plan to place a link on the IC2009 website with the shirt design and ordering information. We will set a deadline for ordering so that we can have the time needed to produce the shirts. What we are doing now is seeing if there is enough interest across the fleet for us to do this.

As is customary, anything above an XL will cost us more to produce, but we will not pass on that added expense to you, the member. Our shirts will be a standard price of $15.00 USD for each shirt ordered.

Not planning on attending the IC? You can still get a shirt to commemorate the event by ordering one. Please keep in mind that we will have to add standard shipping charges depending on which service you choose.
