STARFLEET Shuttlecraft Operations Command (ShOC) is the branch of STARFLEET
which oversees the day-to-day operations of the chapters-in-training (shuttles)
within the fleet. We make sure that the shuttles have the necessary information,
paperwork, and stamina to make it to becoming a fully commissioned chapter
(starship/space station) in STARFLEET. ShOCs "Prime Directive"
is to encourage and foster growth of new chapters in Starfleet, so that
all can have fun within the realm of the Star Trek Universe. Shuttles are Chapters-in-training that serve in STARFLEET International, are called "shuttles" After completing their "shakedown cruise," chapters then graduate into the Starship status at which time they attain their USS Designation, and NCC number (or their station designation).
